Our hosts for the 2014 Albuquerque reunion are Sheila Hard, daughter of Alamo Scout Harold Hard, a member of the Rounsaville Team, and Linda Nellist, daughter-in-law of Alamo Scout Bill Nellist. The Nellist and Rounsaville Teams both participated on the Cabanatuan Raid. They -and your Alamo Scout board have been working hard to make this final reunion a memorable affair, and we would like for everyone to consider attending. The $109 room rate will be honored two days before and four days after reunion. Check with the hotel on their exact cancellation policy, but most allow cancellation up to 24-48 hours before arrival.

Full Reunion (registration) Package: $160.00 per person. Includes: Hospitality Suite and Hospitality refreshments for three evenings. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Friday Morning: Transportation to and from Santa Fe, Bataan Memorial Museum. Followed by Lunch at La Choza and a stop at the Old Town Plaza in Santa Fe.
Friday Evening: Transportation to and from lecture at the University of New Mexico.
Saturday Morning: Continental breakfast before the ASHF business meeting.
Saturday Evening: Banquet Dinner (no host bar). ASHF lanyard and name badge.
Banquet Only (registration) Package: $50.00 per person. Includes: Attendance to the Banquet and one night of hospitality. ASHF lanyard and name badge.

NOTE: Any cancellations after July 20th will result in forfeiture of 100% of your registration. This is to cover non-reimbursable costs on the ASHF's behalf. Banquet only fee would be forfeited in its entirety also.

Friday Morning, August 1st: Bus trip to the New Mexico National Guard Bataan Memorial Museum in Santa Fe, NM. The museum places specific importance on the infamous Bataan Death March, featuring members of the NM National Guard 200th and 515th Coast Artillery regiments. Also on exhibit are maps, press clippings, testimonials and artifacts from our nation’s wars. Bus departs from hotel at 8:00am.

Friday Lunch: La Choza in Santa Fe. Link to Menu Following lunch, the bus stops at Old Town Plaza, Santa Fe for self-tours of historical sites within walking distance such as the 17th century Governor’s Palace http://www.palaceofthegovernors.org/index.php Loretto Chapel, http://www.lorettochapel.com/history.html and shopping on the Plaza. There will be time to explore before bus returns to Albuquerque.
Friday Evening: Lance Zedric, ASHF Historian, will give a lecture/presentation on the Alamo Scouts at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of New Mexico. Time is set at 7 to 8:30pm. Transportation will be provided for all reunion attendees (Full Reunion Package) to and from lecture at UNM. Bus departs from hotel at 6:30pm. Open to the public.
